CBR 250R mud guard issue

Hi guys,
This post is just to highlight, Honda, that the CBR250R's rear mud guard has been poorly designed. In typical Indian rainy season, a lot of mud and gravel, gets upon the pillion rider.The tail light also  gets completely covered during rains.
I request Honda to improve the design of the rear mud guard. Honda owners,I am sure you might be facing this issue, thus rather than taking this as a negative comment, we all must make company aware of the situation.
